Systems are the backbone of our organization. We don't just show up with a rag and a bucket and haphazardly wander from room to room. We have developed a system that involves color-coded, microfiber towels so that we can avoid cross contamination from room to room, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Our system uses a process where we work top to bottom, side to side, so that we are sure not to miss a single area and we always have a checklist handy to double check our own work before we leave.
Systems provide us the freedom to concentrate on providing unmatched commercial cleaning services from dusting, all the way to window washing & carpet cleaning.

This helps produce the knowledge of your facility & the repetition necessary for our workers to clean your office or manufacturing facility the same way, every night.
Planning
Waiting until there is a problem to decide how to handle it is no way to run a business. From the first day on each client’s account we put measures in place that will mitigate any issues that may arise.
We pair workers together, even for the smallest of facilities, so if a cleaner cannot make it, we still have another employee scheduled to clean your business. We have a group of stand-by cleaners that we can activate in a moments notice if necessary and we always cross train pairs of cleaners on additional accounts so that each business has two separate crews that consistently service their facility.
Verification
Our workers are some of the best, well-trained professional cleaners in the industry. However, even the best can benefit from another set of eyes on their work & that is exactly what we do.
On average, once out of every 5 cleanings, a Managing Cleaner will visit your site and perform a full inspection. This inspection is done on a random day so that our staff will always be operating at the highest level, each & every time they clean your business. If an issue is discovered the Managing Cleaner will inform you of their findings & our staff will be informed of the issue so that they can remedy the situation, beginning with the very next cleaning.
