Basic Services, Not Basic Service
There are a small number of services that are considered to be "basic" to commercial buildings and office space. These services provide the ongoing base of elements that we proudly perform every time that we clean your business. Cleaning is not difficult to learn, but it actually is much harder to become a great cleaner than one might think. None of our professional employees can be great unless they can provide consistent service in the following areas.

Dusting
A good commercial cleaning company will make dust invisible on a regular basis. If we are doing our job, you will be able to work and never notice any visible dust at any moment of your day.
We accomplish this by providing a number of dusting services. The first technique that we utilize is waving a microfiber dusting wand over all the areas that are above eye level. Long gone are the days of just walking around with a feather duster and dispersing the dust all over so that it can't be seen. We truly remove the dust and eliminate it from your office environment completely.
Any type of wood or laminate furniture will be dusted with a microfiber cleaning cloth and a small amount of cleaning spray that is guaranteed to never build up or leave a filmy feeling.
After using these two methods you will notice an office that is nice to the touch and nice to the nose. There will be no sneezing from dust when Hallbrook is on the job!
Sweeping
Sweeping can mean many things. We will begin each day by sweeping the flat, shiny areas of your office complex. This will be done with a mixture of large dust mop and small broom used for the corners.
Next is the high-traffic areas that typically contain short, coarse carpeting that we clean with a suction vac that easily glides along short carpet fibers.
Lastly, we will use an upright vacuum to clean any office, rug or area that has long fiber, plush carpet. This carpet requires a rotating agitator in order to get in between the long carpet fibers and if also performs the function of fluffing up any carpet that had been flattened by foot traffic.
Trash Removal
Trash can be dirty business, but it actually is our business, so we can handle it!
Every can from every desk will be emptied every time we service your business. If we can just empty the trash can, we will do that, but if there is food in any can, the entire bag will be taken out and replaced with a brand new one.
After taking care of all desk cans, we will make sure to remove the larger bags from the kitchen area and the bathrooms. In these two areas we will always remove the full bag and supply a brand new one. When it comes to large cans that often smell bad, or worse, spread germs, we make sure to treat it with care and remove the bag without making a mess and without cross-contaminating other areas.
Bathroom Cleaning
Bathroom cleaning could be the number one reason that facility managers and business owners call us to employ our services. Not only are bathrooms high-traffic areas, which means they need extra care, but they are also a huge source of germs that can make the staff of your business ill.
We don't just consider ourselves cleaners, we truly believe we are partnering with each and every business that we work with because we actually play a role in keeping up the health and happiness of the entire workforce.

Mopping
When everything else is done, we will finish things up by mopping all flat, shiny areas.
Most cleaning companies will only have one choice in their arsenal for mopping, the old fashioned rag mop that has not changed for nearly 100 years. This is not a bad tool, but often times this is not the best tool for the job.
We take every mopping job on a case-by-case basis and choose the mopping tool that is right for the job. Some mops are better than others for cleaning tile floors, while some mops clean the grout between tiles better. There are various types of mops these days and we look at each situation individually and choose the right mop for the job, every time.
